MY EXPERIENCE: I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families. My expertise includes helping clients reduce depression & anxiety, manage anger, improve communication, work through relationship conflicts, parent education, dealing with grief and loss issues... just to name a few.
My approach is filled with unconditional positive regard and respect for my clients. I never tire of listening and trying to help you. I use a combination of treatment "tools" including step-by-step instruction, handouts, behavioral therapy and helping you learn effective communication techniques.

My Teaching Experience: I have taught Psychology, Sociology and the Psychology of Women at the community college level for several years in CA.
